A year ago, we met Mandeep Singh and his family. They had just moved from Punjab to a small, single-room home in Delhi. With six family members sharing a cramped space that also served as their kitchen, the challenges were immense.
The Journey of Transformation:
A New Beginning: We helped the family move into a spacious 2-room home with proper ventilation.
Building a Livelihood: To ensure long-term stability, we provided them with a food cart. Mandeep, his brother, and their 58-year-old hardworking father began selling bread pakoras and eggs.
Giving Back: Their business flourished so well that they eventually stopped their ration support and even started contributing back to the society as volunteers!
