The NCC National Advanced Leadership Camp-1, combined with CATC 165, is being organized from January 2 to 13, 2026, at the Dibrugarh University campus by the 10 Assam Bn NCC, Dibrugarh. A total of 550 cadets from the NER, West Bengal, and Sikkim Directorates, along with 32 NCC officers and other staff, are participating in the camp.
