IndieFlow is a movement arts initiative by Rohan Jacob & Sarena Beriwala to promote fitness and body We hold jams and workshops for those interested to learn.

We aim to create a productive atmosphere with a chill vibe. Practitioners of any sort of performance, dance, martial or musical art form, come move with us! Flow is for all and we hope everyone finds their flow through some movement art or the other. Get immersed in the flow through various movement forms and have some fun!

We loved dressing up for Shroom Sabha! It's always fun to do more offbeat performances where we can really let our wild side take over :) Much props to berry.flows | Fire / LED Poi Hoop Fans Flow Arts for planning and putting together these lovely outfits 🍄

It was a blast to meet and interact with all the mycophiles, everyone really had their own unique perspective and approach which was absolutely fascinating 🤗

Last couple of pics are wider shots of the Primordium area Varanashi Organic Farms by LOST KIDS GARAGE - what a vibe and stage! Definitely one of the cooler and more unique stages we have performed at :)

Shroom Sabha loved being here. Can't wait for the next edition!

The IndieFlow Prop Shop is coming to !

We have poi, dapostars, juggling balls, contact balls, k***s and more! While we obviously couldn't carry everything to the festival, if there's something you want that we don't have, we can ship it to you :) Just come say hi at the stall!

Putting together an 8 person production is not an easy task, but we pulled it off with aplomb! Of course nothing can be done without a great team, and everyone came through 😎

We're back again for a fireshow, and this time with a bigger team :)

We'll be tearing it up at the King Claw stage - drop by around sunset to witness a mesmerizing flowarts & fireshow performance on both the days of the festival :)
