Reimagining, researching and redeveloping education for:

a) Doing cutting edge research, developing and transforming new curricula by incorporating contextual tools of transformation
b) Developing adaptive leadership in youth
c) Developing capacities of young adults to create community leaders
d) Facilitating these adaptive lead

ers to address local issues
e) Creating a multiplier community of adaptive changemakers


WHAT WE DO?
- Creative & Experiential learning workshops on peacebuilding, life skills and conflict transformation in communities for the youth
- Training the youth in 21st core competency and life skills such as leadership, problem-solving, communication, disaster management.
- Follow-up assessments with the youth
- The youth is thus capacitated to lead community interventions in their respective districts and train other youngsters-future change makers for tomorrow
