We’ve been trying for days. Zero leads. Seven puppies.

Their mother chose our home to give birth because she felt safe here. Since the day they were born, these seven have been fed, loved, and looked after every single day. That’s the only life they’ve ever known.

And now we’re running out of time.

They’re 45 days old and starting to venture out on their own. With seven of them, we simply cannot keep them safely contained at home much longer. If we don’t find homes for them soon, we will have no choice but to move them outside - and if that happens, we genuinely don’t see them surviving.

We don’t say that to be dramatic. We say it because it’s the truth.

Every single one of them deserves the same love they’ve received since day one - for the rest of their lives. Not just for 45 days.

Fighting for Sukhi for 6 years.

Thank you Gauri Puri for not giving up.

⚖️ Important Court Order on Animal Cruelty | 21 August 2026

A significant order has been passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, South-East District, Saket Courts, questioning serious lapses in the investigation into the brutal killing of an animal in New Friends Colony in January 2020. Order dated 21.08.2026.pdf

The Court noted that:

* CCTV footage was not properly pursued, despite cameras being present at the location.
* No adequate effort appeared to have been made to obtain CCTV footage from surrounding public areas.
* Statements of independent/public witnesses were not recorded.
* Despite the post-mortem indicating brutalities using an iron rod and stick, there appeared to be no effort to recover the weapons. Order dated 21.08.2026.pdf
* The Court questioned the serious delays and discrepancies in the investigation, including an apparent alteration of the date on the CCTV request.
* The untrace report was prepared in August 2020 but filed only in November 2024. Order dated 21.08.2026.pdf

The Court found the investigation lapses prima facie visible and summoned the DCP concerned to explain them. The matter is next listed for 19 November 2026.

When an animal is brutally killed, an investigation cannot simply stop at an “untrace” report.

Justice demands that every reasonable piece of evidence is pursued.

To everyone hiding behind the shield of Sikhism while sending me abusive messages, making abusive calls, or trying to intimidate me .. please remember, Waheguru is watching your conduct too.

A respectful disagreement is always welcome. You are free to question me, correct me, or share another point of view.

But abuse, threats, intimidation and harassment do not become acceptable simply because they are wrapped in the name of religion.

This post is not against Sikhi. It never was.

It is against cruelty, harassment, and the mistreatment of helpless animals.

The people involved happened to be Sikhs, but I never said their actions represented Sikhism.

What I object to is people turning a question of human behaviour into a religious battle.

Gurbani reminds us:

“Sabh meh jot, jot hai soi.”
The Divine Light exists in all.

So if we truly respect Sikhi, our conduct should reflect compassion, humility and humanity.. not abuse towards someone simply because we disagree with them.

Please do not use Sikhi as a shield for behaviour that Sikhi itself does not teach.

My post questioned cruelty .. not Sikhi.

And I will continue to stand against cruelty, regardless of the religion, identity or position of the person committing it.

UPDATE: The Bangla Sahib Gurdwara parking matter has been resolved peacefully and beautifully. 🙏🐾

This morning’s incident was deeply unfortunate, but I’m grateful to share that a few of us visited the Gurdwara and met with the concerned people heading the office. We showed them the videos of what had happened, and they took the matter seriously.

The person involved was called in and clearly warned that such behaviour must not be repeated. Most importantly, we have also been allowed to continue feeding the community dogs.

As a responsible feeder, I fully understand that feeding must always be done carefully, away from crowds and without causing inconvenience to anyone. I have been feeding these dogs here for the past six years, and I will continue to ensure the same responsibility and discipline.

These dogs are not just fed by us .. they have been vaccinated, sterilised and cared for consistently. Only four extremely gentle and docile community dogs remain there, and their well-being will continue to be looked after.

A huge thank you to every single person who stood with us, shared the reel, commented, called, tagged people and raised their voice. Your support truly mattered. ❤️

At the end of the day, this was never about creating conflict. It was about ensuring compassion, dignity and safety for voiceless animals and I’m grateful that this has been upheld.

The matter is now resolved, so I request everyone to please stop any hate comments or negativity towards anyone involved. Let us close this chapter with compassion from both sides.

No more hate. No more conflict.
Only compassion .. for humans and animals alike. 🐾🙏

Thank you for standing with them. ❤️

Sterilization Sankalp 2026

Sterilization Sankalp is a DeSAC initiative created to help feeders and caregivers across Delhi NCR get community dogs sterilized in a safe, humane, and structured manner.

Since August 2025, nearly 3,600 community dogs have been sterilized through this initiative, and we now begin the next phase with an even stronger commitment to reach more dogs, more caregivers, and more localities.

If you have community dogs in your area that are still waiting to be sterilized, please fill this form with the required details.

Once your response is received, our team will review the information and guide you regarding the next steps, subject to availability and coordination.

For safe pick-up and transportation, we currently use private ambulance services in partnership with GopalJi Ambulance hence applicable ambulance charges will be communicated separately.

Thank you for choosing sterilization as a responsible and compassionate step towards reducing future suffering.

Because every life deserves a chance.

Ps: Google drive link has been updated in the Bio. Would prefer you to fill that form for a smooth registration process. You can also DM us for the same incase you face any issues filling up the Google form.
