Develop basic technical skills in convicted jail inmates both grown ups and children in reformatory homes and so that once freed, they can earn their livelihood and lead lives of responsible citizens. Counsel and motivate the convicted inmates so that they completely give any up thoughts of criminal activity and lead the life of honest, peace loving citizens. Rehabilitate the convicted inmates in
jails and children in reformatory homes by assisting them in obtaining a gainful employment as per their skills or alternatively helping them to be self employed by assistance form government bodies or corporates. Expand the activities from the present Uttar Pradesh and Bihar to all India coverage. Coordinate and request the concerned Government agencies to take up the responsibility of technically training all the convicted inmates in all the jails and reformatroy homes through out Uttar Pradesh and Bihar by establishing training centers in all the jails and reformatory homes with Government support and assistance. This activity to be extended on an all India basis in stages.
