Craft & joy at Mohanji Ka Aangan, Chennai ✨

As summer vacations draw to a close, our 17 girls had a gala time learning to make _God’s Eye_ 🎨

An afternoon of colourful yarn, sticks, and happy chatter — the children were fully engaged, weaving their creativity into beautiful patterns.

They proudly showed off their finished masterpieces 🧶💛

We wrapped up with a lovely snack of hot samosas, jalebi and chilled chocolate milkshake 🥟🍯🥛

The kids at Delhi Cantonment- Mohanji Ka Aangan are busy setting out earthen bowls filled with fresh water to keep our feathered friends hydrated during the scorching heat.
Honestly, what bigger achievement could there be for the Act Jal project than this?
We can talk about grand strategies and massive infrastructure all day, but seeing the next generation naturally embody water conservation and empathy is the real victory.

Huge kudos to these wonderful kids for showing so much maturity and love for our co-inhabitants. You are the real changemakers! 🌍✨

Today, the beautiful souls of our Aangan came together under the **Act for Feathers** project to create something truly magical. As the summer heat begins to rise in Delhi, these compassionate children poured their love and creativity into painting vibrant clay pots, transforming them into life-saving water bowls for our feathered friends and other little beings.
But they didn't just stop at painting—they took action! The children marched out to the local park to place these beautiful pots, ensuring that birds have a safe place to quench their thirst during the scorching days ahead. It is a deeply moving initiative that reminds us how a small act of kindness from an innocent heart can make a massive difference in the world.
Let’s take a cue from these little heroes and look out for the co-inhabitants of our planet this summer! 🐦❤️💦

At Mohanji ka Aangan North Bangalore, teaching Hindi rhymes to children is an effective and engaging method to enhance their pronunciation skills. By incorporating songs and actions, educators can effortlessly connect young learners with the rhythm of Hindi. Our young students enthusiastically sing 'Machhli jal ki Rani hai' and utilize hand gestures to mimic fish swimming, thereby learning about life, nature, and aquatic life while being introduced to basic verbs such as living, dying, and fearing.

They poured their hearts, giggles, and full creative spirits into every single piece! 🎨✂️
To beat the scorching Delhi heat and reward their hard work, the day wrapped up with the ultimate summer savior: a delicious, chilly ice cream treat!
