Empowering Young Minds Through Eye Health Awareness 👁️💚

A meaningful day at Kamala Nehru College, Siri Fort, where Netram Eye Foundation organised a Free Eye Check-up Camp and Eye Health Awareness Talk for the college community.

The awareness session was led by Dr. Anchal Gupta, Founder & Senior Ophthalmologist, who interacted with students and shared valuable insights on eye health, preventive care, digital eye strain and the importance of regular eye examinations.

Alongside the session, our team conducted eye screenings, helping participants understand the importance of early detection and timely eye care.

For us, initiatives like these are not just about screening eyes — they are about creating awareness, building healthier habits and empowering young people to take better care of their vision.

Because when we educate today, we help protect vision for tomorrow. ✨

A heartwarming moment from the Nayan Tara Project, an initiative by BSES Yamuna Power Limited, with Netram Eye Foundation as the Implementing Partner.

Following the eye screening of school children, we are proud to support those identified with refractive errors through spectacle distribution, helping them see more clearly and participate more confidently in their everyday learning.

For a child, the right pair of spectacles can mean more than clearer vision —

Every Eye Deserves the Right Care.

Yesterday, Netram Eye Foundation conducted a community Eye Check-up Camp in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, with the aim of making timely eye care more accessible to the community.

From vision screening to identifying potential eye health concerns, the camp focused on one simple yet important message:

Don’t wait for your vision to become a problem. Get your eyes checked regularly. 💚

Such community initiatives allow us to take eye care beyond the walls of a hospital and closer to the people who need it.

A meaningful day dedicated to preventive healthcare and community well-being.

We are grateful to have successfully conducted the BSES Health Camp at BSES Rajdhani Saket CHD, New Delhi, bringing together healthcare professionals and community members for a day focused on awareness, early detection, and accessible healthcare.

As part of the initiative, Netram Eye Foundation conducted comprehensive eye screenings, while Dr. Anchal Gupta, Founder & Senior Eye Surgeon – Cataract, Cornea & Refractive Services, delivered an insightful session on eye health and preventive vision care.

The camp also included general health consultations, dental check-ups, blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring, and other essential preventive health services.

A heartfelt thank you to BSES, all our healthcare partners, doctors, volunteers, and every participant who made this initiative a success. Together, we move one step closer to building a healthier and more aware community.
