We are pleased to announce the 2nd International Conference on Integrating Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) in School Education – The Panel Series (Virtual), to be held on 12–13 December 2025.
After the overwhelming response to the first conference—where the IKS Charter, India’s first framework for responsible and research-informed integration of IKS in schools, was launched—we now continue the dialogue through a virtual panel series to bring in more voices, perspectives, and insights.

This edition will bring together national and international experts, policymakers, educators, scholars, and institutions to deepen our collective understanding of how India’s scientific, philosophical, ecological, and artistic knowledge traditions can be meaningfully woven into modern school education.

Zero Investment Innovations for Education Initiatives (ZIIEI) For the Teachers, By the Teachers

ZIIEI is a mass-scale teacher outreach initiative started in 2015 by Sri Aurobindo Society as part of its nation-wide education transformation program Rupantar (www.rupantar.in). ZIIEI believes that teachers are the pillars of this nation, and their contribution - if recognised and supported - can bring about a significant improvement in the quality and reach of education. Therefore, ZIIEI aims to find ‘the scattered, isolated and unrecognised, but effective solutions’ created by teachers at the grassroots and systematically scale them up to millions of schools. In the process, teachers are:

• Sensitised about the critical need for innovations in the Indian state-run schools;

• Educated about the potential of innovation that require zero monetary investment;
