This two-day engagement focuses on strengthening institutional anchoring, expanding regional networks, and supporting long-term sustainability for advancing inclusive and resilient agri-food system transformation across ASEAN and BIMSTEC 🌏🤝

The dialogue also brought together representatives from the ASEAN and BIMSTEC Secretariats, further reinforcing the momentum for regional cooperation and collective action.

We are proud to highlight the recently inaugurated Gender Responsive Cell , a collaboration between the Department of Agriculture & Farmers' Empowerment, Govt of Odisha and the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI).

The aim: Build a and a where every woman farmer has the tools, the rights, and the voice to lead.

Odisha is no longer just including women in the agricultural conversation; the state is re-engineering its entire policy framework to put them at the center!

The Launch (Nov 2025): Odisha made history by launching first-of-its-kind GRC within Krushi Bhawan. Supported by IFPRI's technical expertise, this cell is designed to institutionalize gender equity in every agricultural budget and scheme.
