To certain Ambassadors, Regional Directors, and Heads of National Offices IHRO
At the outset, we extend our sincere greetings and appreciation for the efforts you have made during your tenure and for the dedication you have shown in representing the Organization. Your contributions are recognized and valued.
Nevertheless, as the term of your appointments and that of your teams has ended or is nearing its conclusion, and despite repeated official communications requesting membership renewal and extension of appointments for an additional three years, we have observed that some of the responses received have been neither responsible nor sufficiently clear. This is unacceptable administratively and does not align with the standards of institutional discipline.
The International Human Rights Organization affirms that its responsibilities do not rest on any single individual or limited group, but rather on collective legitimacy and international mandate. Accordingly:
Any delay or negligence in fulfilling the required procedures for membership renewal, appointment extension, and team updates will compel the Organization to immediately consider alternative options.
Several qualified individuals have already expressed their willingness to represent IHRO with greater commitment and professionalism, and they will be entrusted with responsibilities if current representatives continue to show reluctance.
Failure to comply with this communication will be regarded as a negative stance, resulting in loss of confidence and official designation.
Conclusion:
We expect immediate compliance with the required procedures. Otherwise, the Organization will take necessary measures to appoint replacements capable of representing IHRO faithfully and effectively, ensuring continuity of its mission under the highest standards of responsibility and international legitimacy.
