The International University of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (IUBC) is the humanitarian education, training and research institution of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement.
Established within the institutional framework of the International Conference of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement, IUBC carries the identity and humanitarian mandate of the Movement’s “University for Humanity.”
