BPNI Certificate Course at AIIMS Bilaspur

BPNI’s one-week certificate course on “Breastfeeding & Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) Counsellors” was successfully held from 21–27 September 2026 at AIIMS Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, organised by the Department of Neonatology.

The course was inaugurated by Lt. General Dr. Daljit Singh, AVSM, VSM (Retd.), Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur, in the presence of Dr. Nalini, Prof. & HOD, Neonatology; Dr. P. Sriram, HOD, Pediatrics; Dr. K. Kesavulu, Course Director & BPNI Training Coordinator; Dr. J.P. Dadhich, CCC Member, BPNI; Dr. Sandeep; and Ms. Cecilia Mary.

The training brought together healthcare professionals for a week of learning and strengthening skills in breastfeeding and infant and young child feeding counselling.

BPNI sincerely thanks the AIIMS Bilaspur team, faculty and all participants for their support and active participation in making the course a success.

BPNI begins BFHI Training of Trainers at AIIMS Patna!

The 4-day BFHI Training of Trainers (ToT) is underway at AIIMS Patna, from 7th–10th September 2026, supporting the institution’s journey towards BFHI accreditation.

The training is lead by Dr. K. Kesavulu, facilitated by Prof. Dr. Chandramohan and coordinated by Ms. Dipti Das.
Along with co-trainers Dr. Sunita Katyayini & Mr. Manish Kumar.

Together, we are strengthening breastfeeding-friendly hospital systems to support mothers and babies.
