The Hijrah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ — a journey of faith, courage, and purpose.

The sacrifice and stand of Imam Hussain (RA) at Karbala — a timeless symbol of truth and justice.

🌙 Before Eid al-Adha Moon is Sighted…✂️
Important Sunnah Reminder!

If you are planning to give Qurbani this Eid, then from the first day of Dhul-Hijjah, you should NOT cut your hair or nails — until your Qurbani is done.

🕌 This is based on a Hadith of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ:

“When Dhul-Hijjah begins, and one of you wants to offer Qurbani, he should not cut his hair or nails until the sacrifice is made.”
(Sahih Muslim)

📌 This rule is only for the person giving Qurbani — not for the whole family.

📚 According to scholars:
✅ Hanafi – It’s allowed (no issue)
⚠️ Shafi’i, Maliki – Better to avoid
🚫 Hanbali – Not allowed

🌟 So, if you want extra reward and follow the Sunnah — try not to cut your hair or nails from the start of Dhul-Hijjah until after your Qurbani.
