A New Chapter. A Stronger Network.

The RISE - TDI East & North-East India Chapter was officially launched on 8 August 2026 at Manicasadona, Kolkata, marking another significant milestone in TDI’s journey of connecting Tamil healthcare professionals across India and the world.

The launch brought together Tamil doctors with a shared vision of connection, collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional growth, strengthening TDI’s presence across the East and North-East of India.

Led by Dr. Deepika, President – TDI East & North-East India, the chapter begins its journey with a strong commitment to building meaningful connections and creating opportunities for Tamil doctors across the region.

Our sincere appreciation to the organizing team for their efforts in making the launch a meaningful and memorable occasion.

TDI CME & Networking Dinner –The Residency Towers, Puducherry | 19.07.2026

The TDI CME & Networking Dinner – Puducherry, marked the official launch of the TDI Puducherry Chapter, bringing together doctors from across the region for an evening of learning, networking, and collaboration.

The event featured an engaging CME session, followed by interactive ice-breakers and networking activities that fostered meaningful professional connections and strengthened the TDI community.

We were honoured to have Thiru. N.T. Sampath Kumar, Senior Leader, The RISE Global Family, as the Guest of Honour, whose presence added to the significance of this milestone occasion.

A warm welcome to all the new TDI members who joined us, and thank you for being part of this memorable beginning. We look forward to building a strong and vibrant TDI Puducherry Chapter together.

Celebrating a Legacy in Medical Education 🌍👨‍⚕️

Tamil Doctors International (TDI) proudly congratulates Dr. Saravanamuthu Poologanathan for his remarkable contribution to International Postgraduate Medical Education and GP Training.

Through the Rush Green Medical Centre GP Training Programme (2011–2024), he trained and mentored Sri Lankan doctors who have gone on to become consultants and academic leaders, creating a lasting impact in Family Medicine.
