A selfless temple priest and his wife have spent years turning their Mysore home into a safe haven for abandoned animals. When sudden challenges threatened everything they built, Maa Adya MahaKali stepped in with perfect timing, orchestrating a way for Kaliputra Mission to serve as Her instruments and keep this incredible rescue work running completely uninterrupted.

This incredible couple has dedicated their lives to serving the most vulnerable. Having no biological children of their own, they became parents to the forgotten, opening their hearts and home to 13 desi cows and 25 dogs - all rescued or adopted when abandoned by their former owners. To them, these animals are not mere rescues, but their own children whom they raise with pure love protection, and medical care.

Recently, the couple faced a severe emotional and financial storm when neighbors complained about the sanctuary. Testing their devotion, the situation threatened the very survival of their sanctuary. Yet, refusing to abandon or sell a single member of their animal family, they emptied their savings to resolve the crisis with the authorities, anchoring their faith in the Divine and successfully keeping all their beloved cows and dogs safe in their home.

However, because they run a purely non-profit sanctuary and do not sell milk for profit, their resources were entirely exhausted. They found themselves struggling to afford basic daily feed and critical medication. It was at this point that Maa Adya MahaKali guided the sadhakas of Kaliputra Mission to their doorstep, answering their silent desperation and lifting this heavy burden.
We are humbled to share that this sacred seva is now complete.

Kaliputra Mission has disbursed ₹14,475 to purchase essential cow feed. Through this timely intervention, the Divine Mother has restored peace to a worried household, proving that She never forsakes those who protect Maa Kali’s creation.

We bow in deep gratitude to our divine Mother for choosing us as Her instruments, and to our large-hearted donors whose generosity became the physical manifestation of Her divine love. When a pure heart intends to do good, the Divine Mother always provides a way.

Dog Shelter Electrification by KaliPutra Mission

Kaliputra Mission has been blessed with the opportunity to offer its seva towards a grassroots animal shelter on the outskirts of Mysore. Run entirely by a dedicated mother and daughter duo, this humble sanctuary provides shelter, food, and medical care to abandoned, injured, and rescued dogs who have no one else to turn to.

To support their noble cause, our Kaliputra Mission completely sponsored the electrification of the premises with an overall budget of ₹32,314 rupees. This contribution covered all the professional labor and material costs required to bring light to the shelter.

Before this seva was undertaken, the mother and daughter cared for their rescues across 15 makeshift rooms in near total darkness, relying on just a single floodlight to illuminate the entire area. Serving the dogs their late night meals was not only difficult but also fraught with danger. The lack of light hid venomous snakes and hazardous insects, making the simple act of feeding a terrifying ordeal for the caretakers.

Responding to their humble appeal, Kaliputra Mission took up the task in the month of August. The scope of the work included providing comprehensive wiring for 12 rooms, ensuring each room received independent lighting points, fan points for comfort and ventilation, and dedicated switch boxes. Additionally, 2 street lights were installed across the exterior grounds to completely eliminate dark spots.

The mother and daughter are filled with immense relief and have expressed their deep gratitude for the safety and comfort this project has brought to their lives. They have extended their heartfelt thanks to the entire Kaliputra Mission family.

Today, the shelter is filled with light, ensuring that nighttime feeding and care can happen safely and peacefully. This transformation became a true collective seva. Alongside the vital blessings of Maaa Adya MahaKali, the Kaliputra Mission volunteers from Mysore arrived to assist with the project. They managed the logistics and supported the installation process, ensuring everything went smoothly without causing any disturbance to the dogs.

When a Small Family’s DEBT was Fully Wiped off.

A family of seven was struggling with an outstanding debt, while sustaining their livelihood through a small clothes-pressing shop. The repeated visits of lenders to their home and shop had placed the family under immense mental and financial pressure, making it difficult for the father to focus on his work and earn for his family.

The family was also struggling to meet their basic food needs. They relied on the government’s Amma Unavagam for affordable meals and would parcel food for their five children, trying to save whatever little they could towards the repayment of the debt. Their children witnessed their parents’ struggles and the uncertainty they faced each day.

The Mission extended assistance towards their immediate needs, including ₹16,000 towards the remaining outstanding debt, ₹4,105 towards the bike installment, ₹2,900 towards school uniforms, and ₹1,800 towards an LPG cylinder.

The family had never been accustomed to formal banking facilities and depended almost entirely on cash. The sadhak of Kaliputra Mission Tamil Nadu assisted them in opening a bank account, explained basic banking facilities, and created awareness about digital payments such as GPay, which could also help them receive payments in their shops and how to safeguard their digital accounts and information.

Kali Putra Mission stepped in not merely with financial assistance, but with the hope of giving this family peace, dignity, and breathing space.

May Maa Kali’s grace continue to lead Kaliputra Mission towards those in need, transforming every act of Seva into a means of hope, strength, and Her divine will.

*When Seva Becomes a Ray of Hope*
KaliPutra Mission

A young boy studying in the 6th grade at a school in Mumbai was in need of assistance for his education. He came from a family where his mother, a single parent with a physical disability affecting her leg, had been striving with great dedication to support his studies.

She had recently lost one of her jobs, which made the responsibility of arranging her son’s school fees even more difficult. Despite these challenges, she had been working night shifts to ensure that she could earn enough to sustain his education, holding the sincere hope of eventually being able to discontinue night work once the required fees were arranged.

The sadhaks of Kaliputra Mission Maharashtra visited the boy and his mother personally to understand their circumstances and needs. After a careful assessment of their situation, the Mission extended financial assistance of ₹20,100, covering his school fees, transport expenses, and study materials.

For Kaliputra Mission, Seva is not merely an act of financial assistance. It is a sacred responsibility of reaching out with compassion, understanding a family’s struggle in its entirety, and ensuring that a child’s education is not hindered by adverse circumstances.

May Maa Kali’s grace continue to lead Kaliputra Mission to those in need, transforming every act of Seva into a means of hope, strength and Her divine will.

FIVE SPECIAL NEEDS FAMILIES SUPPORTED

In the name of the Divine Mother, Maa Adya Mahakali.

With the blessings of Maa Kali, Kaliputra Mission was humbled to support the school fees of five physically challenged children from financially struggling families in Villupuram.

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream, regardless of their physical challenges or financial circumstances. Unfortunately, for many families, the burden of school expenses can become overwhelming, placing a child's education at risk.

Recognizing this need, Kaliputra Mission extended support by sponsoring the school fees of five physically challenged children, helping ensure that their education continues uninterrupted. We believe that education empowers children with confidence, independence, and hope for a brighter future.

No child should be denied an education because of poverty or disability. Every act of seva uplifts not only an individual but an entire family, bringing dignity, encouragement, and the strength to keep moving forward.

We pray that Maa Adya Mahakali blesses these children with good health, knowledge, confidence, and success in all their endeavors, and grants their families the courage and resilience to overcome every challenge.

Kaliputra Mission: Student Aid

"When KALI Herself Gives the Ambitious Kid A Direction"

Jai Maa,
A volunteer has approached us, who is a humble shishya of Guruji Shri Praveen Radhakrishnan, currently studying B.Tech 1st Yea, His younger brother is studying in 10th Standard.

Their father passed away in 2023, and since then their family has been facing many hardships.

After the father's demise, his mother took up a job in a saree shop and earns only ₹15,000 per month.
She works very hard every day to take care of our family, but it has become extremely difficult for her to manage our household expenses, education costs, and other necessities.
She is struggling greatly to pay our fees and support our future.

His younger brother is sincere and decent in his studies. He dreams of studying well, becoming successful, and helping our family overcome these difficult circumstances

To support his family, the elder brother takes tuition classes and also delivers milk to earn some additional income.

Under the divine guidance of Guruji Shri Praveen Radhakrishnan, he performed Batuka Swarna Akarshana Bhairava Sadhana. He is also a volunteer in the kaliputra mission.

Defence Classes for the Defenceless

The second week of Shakti Seva at Muktadhara Orphanage in Naihati, West Bengal, proved to be an exciting milestone for the children.
They dove into the fundamental techniques and advanced applications of karate, mastering the foundational "ABCD" and grammar of the martial art. Following an energetic practical session, the students left the class eager and enthusiastic. The instructors concluded the session by instilling vital life values, motivating the young learners through the principles of discipline, determination, and dedication.
