True Elements started with a simple but ambitious idea — to make everyday breakfast and snacking cleaner, more transparent and genuinely better for consumers. The brand went on to build a strong presence across oats, muesli, seeds, granola and millet-based products, while keeping product transparency and clean-label nutrition at its core.

In 2022, Marico acquired HW Wellness Solutions, the company behind True Elements, in a strategic investment.

But the story doesn’t end with the acquisition.

Sreejith has spoken openly about what it means for a founder when something they spent years building eventually becomes bigger than the founders themselves — making his journey particularly relevant for anyone building a consumer brand today.
