As we look back on the wonderful celebrations of Samagratha Foundation’s 1st Anniversary, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to some very special people who played a key role in making the event memorable.

Thank you for taking on the role of Master of Ceremonies and carrying it off with such grace, confidence, warmth and professionalism. From keeping the programme flowing seamlessly to engaging the audience with your natural charm, you ensured that every segment transitioned smoothly. Your poise on stage and attention to detail added a special touch to the entire event, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

A big thank you for your wonderful introduction of our Chief Guest. Your words perfectly set the tone for the occasion and reflected the spirit and vision of Samagratha Foundation beautifully.

🌹 Our Surprise Package – Jayanilavu (Sugeetha’s mother)

Perhaps the biggest surprise of the evening! Despite being extremely nervous and doubting whether she could do justice to the task, Jayanilavu rose to the occasion magnificently. Her introduction of our Brand Ambassador, Sujatha Mohan, was delivered in such elegant and flawless Tamil that it left everyone impressed.

In fact, when Sujatha Mohan took the microphone immediately afterwards, she smilingly remarked, “I can’t speak such flawless Tamil like the lady who just introduced me!” That compliment from a legendary artiste speaks volumes about how wonderfully Jayanilavu performed.

Thank you, Sheeba, Raji and Jayanilavu, for stepping forward, believing in Samagratha, and making our first anniversary celebration even more special. Your contributions remind us that Samagratha is not just an organisation—it is a family.

SAMAGRATHA FOUNDATION CELEBRATES ITS 1ST ANNIVERSARY WITH AN EVENING OF INCLUSION, MUSIC AND INSPIRATION

Samagratha Foundation celebrated its 1st Anniversary with a memorable musical evening on 17th May 2026 at the Mini Hall of The Music Academy, Chennai, bringing together artists, dignitaries, parents, supporters, and children in a celebration of inclusion, talent, and empowerment.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Dr. V. K. Balamurugan, IRS (Retd.), Former Additional Director General – GST Intelligence, whose inspiring journey and distinguished public service added immense value to the occasion.

The celebrations were further enriched by the presence of legendary playback singer and Brand Ambassador of Samagratha Foundation, Sujatha Mohan, whose continued encouragement and support have played a significant role in Samagratha’s journey from its early days as an inclusive music band to becoming a registered foundation.

The event also witnessed the gracious participation of several eminent personalities and special guests including:

• Brigadier Suresh Kumar – Retired Brigadier of the Indian Army and former Commandant of The Madras Regimental Centre, Wellington
