Providing animal welfare demands unwavering dedication and patience. In the past eight days, my sleep has been severely limited, averaging only three hours per day. Lucky's incessant crying at night necessitates constant attention. The situation is difficult for others to fully grasp. To calm her, I sit with her throughout the night, but eventually, my body succumbs to fatigue. Despite this, I have done my utmost to provide care. Lucky has started walking, and I intend to hand her over to her feeder and rescuer Kaustuv Pathak today.

We would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Gayatri Sonowal Ma'am for giving Kashi a life of utmost comfort. For a few months, Kashi lived with us and Avinava Prayash always remembered her as a smart and courageous girl who knew how to adjust in a new environment. We wish her a long and healthy life. They don't condemn me for my frayed attire. They don't judge me when I'm not well-dressed. They don't cease to care for me as the days pass. So I am deeply in love with them without any pressure from within.

Leo has been in our shelter since 2022. We have attempted to rehome him twice, but both attempts were unsuccessful, resulting in his return to our care. Following the initial adoption, the adopter contacted us fifteen days later to report that he had gone missing, causing us significant distress. We immediately initiated a search and were relieved to find him, albeit injured. A second adoption attempt was made, but he returned after only two days. It became apparent that Leo suffers from separation anxiety, struggling to sleep alone and crying throughout the night. Unfortunately, many individuals view pets merely as animals, rather than as cherished family members. Given that Leo is not particularly fond of cats, we must be mindful of this, as he resides in our cat shelter.
