Astitva Mahila Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha NGO setup in December 2007. It h

as been active in the social sector since five years, undertaking and coordinating projects of AMBS, as Chief Functionary. With focus on the marginalized and minority sectors, projects areas include: education, vocational training, and health. AMBS has been working in the tribal areas of education, vocational training, health including HIV/AIDS, Camps – health & nutrition, social concerns such as gender issues, livelihood, SHGs, counselling, monitoring, surveys, research. AMBS also encourages volunteerism and exchange of ideas and methods to enhance its capacity. AMBS works in tandem with relevant local and national level Govt. agencies to successfully implement projects. It collaborates with the area Anganwadis for children and adolescent girls on health, vocation, life skill issues, and women empowerment. In order to achieve its objective and form a responsible and interactive platform for its target. AMBS has also joined hands with numerous Govt. Departments such as Ministries of Sports, Health & Family Welfare, Ministries of Tribal and many others in progressive interventions. Vocational training will support the adults’ livelihood and them independent in their living. Latest achievement is Environment(state) Project for Buldana district. The main object of the sanstha about running the project is to assist the women those are in difficult circumstance particularly in education and health want assistance in block of Sangrampur. AMBS has been collaborated with Avishkar Training Institute Nagpur in cultural program in all over the Nagpur as we as in Buldana districts. is to work in the tribal & rural areas of education, social concerns such as livelihood, workshops and related fields. NGO wholly committed to holistic development and empowerment of marginalized segments of society with focus on women and children, Education and Health since its inception almost five years ago. Our envision an empowered, prosperous and sustainable society that provides equitable and enough opportunities to all, irrespective of gender, caste, creed and class which is backward and privileged. Objectives:
The objectives of the organization has rigid adherence to the organizational goal set at the time of the establishment. The specific objectives are as follows.
-Gender issues, livelihood, and counseling
-Education related any like workshops, seminars, spot visits.
-Employment generation through village based production centre for SHG women.
-Capacity building of rural people through farness club, and SHG of men and Women.
-Women Empowerment through capacity building by SHG forming.
-Provide food, cloth and Sheller to every needy individual through self, group and society generated employment.
-Camps – Health & nutrition
-To slow down the spread of HIV infection so as to reduce morbidity & mortality and impact of AIDS in the country.
-Vocational training in the tribal areas
-Individual Counselling centre.
-Women empowerment and women entrepreneurship development training. Core programmes to fulfil NGO’s vision and mission:
