Layjang Bulletin is a periodic magazine published in Tibetan by Tsurphu Labrang, the Office of Administration of the Gyalwang Karmapa. It features His Holiness's activities, teachings, writings, and artwork, and teachings by other eminent lamas in the Kagyu tradition.

此年度刊物是由尊貴的 第十七世大寶法王噶瑪巴辦公室，每年定期以藏文出版發行，詳實紀錄年度弘法利生事業之紀要。書中主要收錄至尊 噶瑪巴之開示教言、法本著作、書信諭令及藝術創作等珍貴內容。

Part of traditional celebrations, Guthuk is the special soup eaten on the 29th day of the 12th month, the night before Losar Eve.

Guthuk (དགུ་ཐུག) is observed on the 29th day of the 12th Tibetan lunar month, the eve of Losar (Tibetan New Year).
It is a special ritual soup day symbolizing cleansing, protection, and letting go of negativity before the New Year.

Eaten on the night of the 29th
Special nine-ingredient soup
Dough balls contain symbolic items (fun, reflective meanings)
Followed by purification rituals and prayers
Prepares the household spiritually for Losar
