PRESS NOTE
The Jammu & Kashmir Drug Inspectors Association (JKDIA) organized a felicitation ceremony in honour of Mr. Rajesh Kumar , on his appointment as State Drugs Controller, Jammu & Kashmir.
The felicitation programme was held in the presence of members of the Association and senior officers of the department. On the occasion, Mr. Gulshan Roy, President JKDIA, congratulated Mr. Rajesh and lauded his vast experience, professional integrity and commitment towards strengthening drug regulation and ensuring quality medicines for the people of Jammu & Kashmir.
Mr. Shabir Pandith, General Secretary JKDIA, while addressing the gathering, expressed confidence that under the leadership of Mr. Rajesh , the Drug Control Department will achieve new milestones in regulatory enforcement, transparency and public health protection. He assured full cooperation and support of the Association in achieving departmental goals.
Mr. Amit Bali, Vice President JKDIA, also extended warm congratulations and highlighted the expectations of the field officers from the new State Drugs Controller, particularly in areas of capacity building, infrastructure strengthening and professional growth.
Mr. Rajesh , in his address, thanked the Association for the warm gesture and assured that he would work in close coordination with all stakeholders to further strengthen the drug regulatory framework in the Union Territory.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and reaffirmation of the Association’s commitment to uphold the highest standards of drug regulation and public service.
