HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY TO ALL THE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN OF THIS WORLD ! With the blessings of God we had the great opportunity to spread the theme of GIVE TO GAIN on INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY 2026 at SIKHARCHANDI VIHAR , BHUBANESWAR with lot of fun , laughter and happy , lighter moments !Great interactive session with all sisters , mothers and daughters on how Women giving each other and themselves selfcare,support , time , empathy ,togetherness will help them gain not only money , but much greater things like selfrespect ,self satisfaction , self confidence , and strong physical and mental health collectively making themselves emotionally and physically strong and resilient to take any situation in command and taking the whole World to greater strengths .
We say women are embodiment of power . The importance of being a women can be understood by the world only when women stay together, grow together .We all know women are the backbone of socioeconomcal growth of any country and every country .If world really believes in women power -Nari Shakti the world must realise Women should be respected and not taken for granted . Women too are made of flesh and blood . They too need to conserve and use own Power and inner peace for greater clarity ,own happiness .Every woman has the right to have her own peace of mind ! No Logic in burdening her always saying she’s the embodiment of power ! Stop doing multitasking women friends ! Being the mother , giving birth to a new life and nourisher of the family every woman has the right to feel respected and should be taking greater care of herself .Beware of the aftershocks of taken for granted both physically and mentally for years .We are human too , not machines .We should take a pause and evolve more powerful .We are sufficient for ourselves . No validation , no sympathy required . We are giving birth to generations of new worlds and nothing in this world can match this achievement.Leave the weight of the crown where you are not valued , respected ,not treated with empathy.

Everyone’s Brain in this World is more inclined towards negative emotions due to an evolutionary getup designed for survivility. So what’s your takeaway on Social Stress and Peer Pressure 😉 Superior or Inferior ❗️❓ Mine is neither excitement nor dullness . Being 😎 is really Supercool

SOCIAL STRESS AND PEER PRESSURE AMONG TEENAGERS : LEADING TO LOW ESTEEM ,LOW PERFORMANCE ,ANXIETY AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES LIKE DEPRESSION .
BUT THESE PROBLEMS ARE JUST TEMPORARY PHENOMENON IF GUIDED WITH LOVE AND CARE !!!!!🤗

No props , no scientific research in the world till now sufficient enough to explain why Fibromyalgia Pain more widespread among women nor can any prop show how this Fibromyalgia condition makes life unbearable without any cure by conventional allopathic medicines . WHY FIBROMYALGIA CONDITION IS FOUND MORE IN WOMEN ⁉️ DEAR WOMEN PLEASE USE YOUR EMOTION AS YOUR STRENGTH NEVER AS WEAKNESS ! A SMALL STORY IN A HUMBLE POEM …..Fibro
Genetically stereotyped the opportunist whispers..... " I’ll splash acid on me , crash my bike,
Break trees, break me—just to prove I love you.”

She stays shocked , eyes full of sympathy being humane not love !
Holding his family loss like a fragile glass not to let a fellow human rot .

Respecting frienship she shared these with none ! Scared so crazy he was ....
She tried defaming herself distancing him away forever.....
The plan fails and he cries coming nearer.

Alone she can't think of what to do further .....
Being manipulated for years,
With oneway thoughts imposed forever !

The storm of his family loss eases,
He thinks he’s done—she’s the one to let go.
She watches, silent, heart unbound,
Realising his pain was a mirror, not her own .
She believed commitment and integrety are the qualities never to disown .....!

Her Great Karma brings her college crush near ,
marriage and further adventure !!
She's a born heroine ,doesn't owe any validation or explanation .
Her life - her family laughs at his silliness topics brought whenever .....

Years fold, decades pass, the secret sleeps...
Phone ringing ,Requests for Frienship keep coming...
Poor one ,so stupid ,
Only that much I say
And forget in next second .

A truth untold,
A letter never meant to be open .
He’s a ghost n she’s a wife, a mother,
Lives woven tight,
Why again splashing acid.....
Disrespecting own lifepartner .

Now he’s old, she’s happy, and he’s alone,
The weight of what-ifs crushes his quiet tone.
Should they tell her? Spare her the past?
Or let the truth rot, like a seed that refused to last?

In twilight hours, he replays every line,
The crash, the acid, the desperate design!
Did he see love where shadows played?
Did he mistake pity for a heart that stayed?

The girl, now a woman, lives untouched,
Husband, kids, a life she gently clouched.
He’s a footnote less then a blurr ,
A chapter so unnecessary , a lesson learned.
