On 8th Sept 2024 Trilochan Netralaya completed its 16 years of journey.. We are glad to share the annual report with our friends, supporters and well-wishers.
In the year 2023-24, team Trilochan Netralaya has treated around one lakh outpatients through its compassionate and quality eye care. Similarly it has restored sight to around 25000+ cataract blind patients through skilled surgery and with this the cumulative surgery crossed one lakh 46 thousand. It has expanded its service area by adding one surgical centre and 7 vision centres. With this now it has 5 branches and 14 vision centres in Odisha. In the mid of this year dedicated Pediatric dept has been added that has seen 9800+ pediatric OPD and has operated 56+ pediatric cataract and squint. Retina surgery number is 700+ making the total vitreoretina surgery 1000+ that is a remarkable achievement in this underserved region. 486 oculoplasty surgery has been done which is much higher than any other year.
