Act of Random Kindness [ARK] is an initiative to create a community which acknowledges the value of kindness in our actions. ARK commits to motivate people to perform acts of kindness, which combined together brings happiness and joy in others lives. ARK strives to bring back the spirit of generosity and love for our fellow humans and environment. It aims to group committed people who are willing
to inspire others to practice kindness and to pass it on to others. We believe that an act of kindness is not big or small, is not owned by one person, one religion, one political party, or one portion of the community. Kindness is an individual decision which has an immense ramification in the lives of others. We believe that even a small act of kindness initiates a never ending ripple of benevolence which makes blissful difference in lives of other people. We respect the inherent worth and dignity of every person and treat all with justice, equity and compassion. We accept one another and encourage diversity of thoughts and ideas. We believe that the ethnic, cultural and social diversity of our nation should be reflected in our staff, Board and network. We are committed to expressing our joy and gratitude to God and to all who join us in our work. We strive to promote an atmosphere of openness, trust, and relationship, and to foster a spirit of respect for the gifts and needs of all persons. ARK strives to create a fully equipped platform to encourage people to take actions of generosity and love towards others.
