Odisha Cultural Association (OCA), Bangalore, is a platform for the people with Odisha link to come together and develop closer social and cultural interaction. The Association aims to keep alive the rich heritage of Odia Culture in the fields of art, music, dance, literature, theatre and cinema among Odias residing in Bangalore and make it accessible to others in the city. The Association strives

to act as a forum for cultural exchange between Karnataka and Odisha. It has been expanding its activities over the years, involving itself with the welfare of its members in various spheres. OCA, Bangalore, was born in the seventies through the enthusiastic efforts of a handful of early founders. As more members joined spontaneously, the Association and its activities grew. It was registered with Registrar of Societies, Karnataka on 24th September, 1988, (No.391/88-89).
