🌟 URGENT VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT — CHANGE A LIFE TODAY! 🌟

We have an immediate and critical need for passionate volunteers to guide a group of Grade 10 students from extremely marginalized communities who urgently need help to prepare for their board exams.

📚 Subject: English
🕒 Schedule: 2 one-hour sessions per week
🗓️ Duration: 4 months
📍 Mode: Pune / Online
🕰 Preferred Timing: 10–11 AM IST
👩‍🏫 Students: 7 dedicated learners
🗣 Communication Languages: Hindi / Marathi
🚀 Start Date: 2nd week of November (sessions must begin soon!)

We will provide the syllabus, key focus areas, and ongoing support so you can teach effectively from day one.

If you’re passionate about education and have a command of English, we’d love to have you on our team! You’ll help students with their homework and ensure they meet 10th-grade board standards. The syllabus will be shared with you beforehand so you can prepare effectively.

• Frequency: Once/Twice a week.
• Location: Pune/Online.
• Expectation: 2 one-hour sessions per week for 4 months.
• Must have Hindi/Marathi/English speaking knowledge

✨ Celebrating Inclusion and Potential at Sanjay Inclusive School ✨

On December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Sunitha Sahu, a proud Vibha volunteer, had the wonderful opportunity to visit Sanjay Inclusive School in Beawar, Rajasthan—a place where true inclusion comes to life.

This incredible school supports 180 children by pairing one child with Autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or other developmental challenges with one regular child. Together, they learn, grow, and build meaningful friendships, showcasing the beauty of inclusive education.

The day started with the lighting of the Diya, a symbol of hope and inclusivity, setting the tone for a joyous celebration. I was honored to be part of the judging panel for competitions like Mehandi, dance, and a fashion show. It was such an inspiring experience to witness the talents of these amazing kids. One of the most heartwarming moments for me was watching children with hearing impairments perform so beautifully—it was a testament to their talent, determination, and spirit. 💃🎨✨

Being surrounded by such kind, friendly, and talented children filled my heart with gratitude and joy. Their energy and warmth were contagious, and I feel so fortunate to have been part of this celebration.

These kids are living proof of how Vibha’s efforts in supporting inclusive education can create brighter futures for all. Together, we can continue to foster opportunities that empower every child to thrive. ❤️

Vibha has been instrumental in encouraging volunteers like me to participate in such impactful visits, helping us connect with the grassroots work being done to create brighter futures for children. These visits not only inspire us but also give us the chance to contribute in meaningful ways and bring back stories of change to share with others.
