Communio Volunteer Anchal Ekka Meets Priests of Ambikapur Diocese

On 27 April 2026, Anchal Ekka, a Communio Volunteer from the Diocese of Ambikapur, met Rev. Fr. Anil Ekka, Communio Director. She shared her experience from the Communio Training Programme, her testimony, and her desire to begin a prayer group. Fr. Anil appreciated her initiative, offered his blessings, and discussed future mission activities.

She also met Rev. Fr. Roshan Tirkey, her parish priest, and Rev. Fr. William. The interaction was meaningful, as she shared about Communio and her formation experience. The priests encouraged her missionary involvement and discussed spreading awareness in the parish. She expressed her gratitude by presenting them with a thank-you card.

Communio Volunteer Francis Dias Meets Fr. Rony Rodrigues, Communio Director of Karwar Diocese

On 25 April 2026, Francis Dias met Rev. Fr. Rony Rodrigues, Communio Director of the Diocese of Karwar, at Kumta.

During the meeting, he shared his experiences from the Communio Missionary Volunteers Training Programme, highlighting its vision, key learnings, and missionary spirit. On behalf of the Communio team, he also expressed sincere gratitude to Fr. Rony Rodrigues for his guidance and support.

They discussed the importance of creating greater awareness about Communio at the deanery level and explored practical ways to promote it among parish communities, especially youth. They also considered arranging a meeting with Bishop Duming Dias to formally present the vision and mission of Communio.

The interaction was fruitful and encouraging. Francis also had the opportunity to meet other priests of the diocese, sharing the Communio vision and fostering a spirit of unity and collaboration.
