10ನೇ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವೃತ್ತಿನಿರತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ-2026 ಅನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 21-11-2026 ರಂದು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಇದರ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಮರಣ ಸಂಚಿಕೆ ತರಲು ಹಲವು ಹಿತೈಷಿಗಳು ಹಿರಿಯರು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಲೇಖನಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಕಥೆ, ಚುಟುಕುಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪದಗಳ ಮಿತಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಲೇಖನವು ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಘೋಷಣೆ
ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಲೇಖನವೂ ಲೇಖಕನ/ರ ಘೋಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು. ಘೋಷಣೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು:
• ಆತ/ಆಕೆ ಲೇಖನದ ಲೇಖಕರಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.
• ಲೇಖನವು ಸ್ವಂತದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಲದ್ದಾಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.
• ಲೇಖನವು ಈ ಮುಂಚೆ ಬೇರೆಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡಿರದ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಗೆ ಬೇರೆಲ್ಲೂ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.
• ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಲೇಖಕನು/ಳು 500 ಪದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಥವಾ ಕೋಷ್ಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕೃತಿಯಿಂದ ನಕಲು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೆ ಕೃತಿಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಲೇಖನ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ
• ಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಪ್ರತಿ (soft copy) ಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
• ಲೇಖನದ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ಪುಟವು ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ, ಲೇಖಕರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು (Dr, Mr, Ms, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳು ಇರಬಾರದು) ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು. ಸಾರಾಂಶದ ಅಕ್ಷರವು ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಗಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಟೈಪ್ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು.
