ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର ଆଦିବାସୀ ଛାତ୍ର ସଂଘ ଓ ସାନ୍ତାଳୀ ଗା‌‌ଓଁତା, ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର ତରଫରୁ ଏକ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଦଳ ଫକୀରମୋହନ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ର ଉପକୁଳପତିଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଭେଟି ସାନ୍ତାଳୀ ଭାଷାରେ ବି.ଏ (BA) ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ସହ ଏହି ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଡିଗ୍ରୀ କଲେଜରେ ସାନ୍ତାଳୀକୁ MIL (Modern Indian Language) ବିଷୟ ଭାବେ ଚାଲୁ କରିବାକୁ ଦାବି କରିଲୁ। ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଏକ ସ୍ମାରକପତ୍ର ଉପକୁଳପତିଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଲୁ।

A delegation from the Balasore Adivasi Students Association and Santali Gaonta, Balasore met the Vice-Chancellor of Fakir Mohan University and demanded the introduction of a BA course in Santali language, along with the inclusion of Santali as a Modern Indian Language (MIL) subject in all degree colleges affiliated with the university. On this occasion, a memorandum was also submitted to the Vice-Chancellor.

ଏହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ସମସ୍ତ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରାହୀ, ଅତିଥିମାନେ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ସହଯୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି ଯେ, ନର୍ଥ ଓଡିଶା ଟ୍ରାଇବାଲ୍ ୟୁଥ୍ ଫେଷ୍ଟ – ୨୦୨୬, ଯାହା ୦୧ ମଇରୁ ୦୩ ମଇ ୨୦୨୬ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ପୁରୁଣା ଷ୍ଟାଡିଅମ୍, ବାଲେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିଲା, ସେହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମଟି ଭାରି ବର୍ଷା ଓ ଅନନୁକୂଳ ପାଗ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ପୋଷ୍ଟପୋନ୍ (ସ୍ଥଗିତ) କରାଯାଇଛି।
ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଓ ସୁବିଧାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଏହି ସିଦ୍ଧାନ୍ତ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଛି।
ନୂତନ ତାରିଖ ସହଜରେ ଜଣାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ।
ଏହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ହୋଇଥିବା ଅସୁବିଧା ପାଇଁ ଆମେ ଦୁଃଖିତ ଓ ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କର ସହଯୋଗ ଓ ବୁଝାପଡ଼ା ଆଶା କରୁଛୁ।

ଏହା ଆମ ପାଇଁ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗର୍ବ ଓ ଆନନ୍ଦର ବିଷୟ ଯେ, Balasore Adibasi Students Association ଦ୍ୱାରା ଓଲଚିକି ଲିପିର ୧୦୦ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଉପଲକ୍ଷେ ଏକ ସ୍ମାରକ ପତ୍ରିକା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏହି ଐତିହାସିକ ଅବସରରେ ଆମେ ସମସ୍ତ ଗବେଷକ, ସାହିତ୍ୟିକ, ଶିକ୍ଷକ, ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଓ ଓଲଚିକି ଭାଷାପ୍ରେମୀଙ୍କୁ ଲେଖା ପ୍ରେରଣ ପାଇଁ ସାଦର ଆମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ଜଣାଉଛୁ।
ଓଲଚିକି ଲିପିର ସ୍ରଷ୍ଟା Pandit Raghunath Murmuଙ୍କ ଅମୂଲ୍ୟ ଅବଦାନକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରି, ଏହି ପତ୍ରିକାରେ ନିମ୍ନୋକ୍ତ ବିଷୟସମୂହରେ ଲେଖା ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରାଯାଉଛି—
