Dr. Cara Lenore Antoine is a global executive leader, keynote speaker, and bestselling author who shapes transformation at the intersection of technology and humanity. With more than three decades of international experience, she is recognized for driving innovation and capability shifts that advance business performance while strengthening societal impact.
She currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology, Innovation & Portfolio Officer at Capgemini Europe, where she advises C-suite leaders across industries on AI-powered enterprise transformation, portfolio strategy, digital reinvention, and sustainable growth. In this role, she leads large-scale innovation agendas that translate emerging technologies into measurable value, cultural evolution, and long-term competitive advantage.
Her distinguished career spans senior leadership positions at Microsoft, Shell, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, IG&H, and Polaroid, where she consistently led capability shifts during periods of structural change and technological acceleration. Her expertise extends beyond systems and platforms to sovereign value chains, cognitive security, inclusive leadership, and the human dimension of digital transformation.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Dr. Antoine serves on several boards and advisory bodies dedicated to advancing digital equity, innovation, and inclusive growth. She is a Supervisory Board Member of TechMeUp, an Amsterdam-based scale-up that promotes a more diverse and inclusive technology ecosystem by providing interest-free loans and career pathways for underrepresented talent entering the technology sector. She also serves as Global Chair of Humanity, Technology & Innovation at G100 and as Honorary Chapter Chairwoman and Former President of Women in Tech Netherlands.
Following her own experience with vision loss, Dr. Antoine has become a strong advocate for accessible and technology-enabled healthcare. She serves as Supervisory Board Member and Awards Chairwoman of the Cornea Patient Association and contributes as a transformation leader within the Digital Health Committee and Registries of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS). Through these roles, she advances innovative, sustainable, and accessible visual healthcare while promoting patient empowerment.
Dr. Antoine is also a bestselling author whose work focuses on leadership, collaboration, resilience, and transformation.
