Today, I had the privilege of visiting the residence of the late Shree N. Singh Ji in Gameraj, Tral, to offer my heartfelt condolences on his sad demise. Alongside esteemed colleagues G.N. Shaheen (Gen. Sec. Bar Association), Adv. Manzoor Ahmad, Adv. Asif Nabi, and Master Ab. Rehman, we shared a poignant moment of solidarity and grief. Shree N. Singh Ji was not just a veteran educationist; he was a beacon of hope for our community. As the first science graduate of Tral, he dedicated his life to the development of education in J&K. His distinguished service as an administrator at Darbhanga Medical College post-retirement opened doors for countless local youth to pursue MBBS and secure their futures
On a personal note, I had the honor of working under his guidance when he joined Headmaster of High School Midoora succeeding D N Sultan in 1983. His visionary leadership and unwavering support have left an indelible mark on my life and the lives of many others. May his noble soul rest in peace. My prayers and strength go out to his bereaved family. G.N. Shaheen addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of peace and communal harmony during this difficult time
