The ongoing reconstruction of the Garden of Harmony, with its majestic tree under which some used to meditate at sunset, reminded me of its twin tree, in the Garden of Perfection, which was destroyed by Cyclone Thane in December 2011.

There is no spiritual anniversary in Auroville without the participation of Vera with her Flat Russian Bells, be it the Amphitheatre, or in one of the Matrimandir Gardens or, like in this case, in the new "Mother's Flower Garden".
Among beautiful flowers, in the golden light of the setting sun, Vera offers her meditative atmospheres of sounds and feelings.
And I am here, once again, to try to capture in video and sound these subtle evocative sounds, hopefully trying to re-create the same atmospheres for those who couldn't be here.

Things that happen in Auroville: I was at "La Terrace" on top of Solar Kitchen, drinking an afternoon coffee, when I heard music coming from a distance. Curious, went to check what was going on in the nearby "Mother's Flower Garden" and, much to my surprise, I found the music was being performed by my friend Aurelio, with Nadaprem, in an open air concert which I was not aware of,
The place is small, and obviously all best seats were taken, so this is what I could capture on video with my I-phone. Be happy with it, as it doesn't happen too often to see Aurelio expressing this side of the music that he carries inside, and Nadaprem is a talented musician with him.
Enjoy these luckily "stolen" moments of music from the soul ! It was February 22,2026, in Auroville.
