केरल में क्षेत्रीय पहचान, भाषा, जाति या भावनात्मक मुद्दों पर आधारित राजनीतिक पार्टियाँ आमतौर पर दीर्घकालिक सफलता हासिल नहीं कर पाती हैं, क्योंकि वहाँ का मतदाता वर्ग अत्यंत शिक्षित और सामाजिक रूप से जागरूक है। राज्य के मतदाता वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण, तार्किक सोच और तथ्यों पर आधारित नीतियों को अंधविश्वास या संकीर्ण पहचान-आधारित राजनीति से अधिक महत्व देते हैं। केरल की राजनीतिक संस्कृति विकास, सामाजिक कल्याण, सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य और तकनीकी प्रगति को प्राथमिकता देती है, जिसके कारण भावनात्मक या संकीर्ण क्षेत्रीय राजनीति करने वाली पार्टियों के लिए स्थायी समर्थन प्राप्त करना कठिन हो जाता है।

क्या नए लेबर कोड बड़े पैमाने पर छंटनी का कारण बनेंगे?—हाँ। इन प्रावधानों के तहत 300 से कम कर्मचारियों वाले कंपनियों/उद्योगों में लाखों श्रमिकों को आसानी से सेवा से हटाया जा सकता है। वहीं 890 से 2800 कर्मचारियों वाली बड़ी कंपनियों को कई हिस्सों (तीन या दस भागों) में विभाजित किया जा सकेगा। हड़ताल करना लगभग असंभव बना दिया गया है, और किसी भी समय मजदूरों को नौकरी से हटाया जा सकता है। ये नए और अत्यंत कठोर एंटी-लेबर कानून स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाते हैं कि सरकार श्रमिक वर्ग को मात्र श्रमशक्ति समझती है और उन्हें किसी भी प्रकार की नौकरी की सुरक्षा प्रदान नहीं करती।

नए श्रम क़ानून/श्रम संहिता (UNDER NEW LABOUR CODE) के तहत अब नियोक्ता 3 शिफ्टों को घटाकर 2 शिफ्टों में बदल सकते हैं, क्योंकि:
12 घंटे की ड्यूटी कानूनी रूप से अनुमत है,
हायर-एंड-फायर की सीमा को शिथिल कर दिया गया है,
हड़ताल करने का अधिकार लगभग समाप्त कर दिया गया है,
यूनियनों को कमजोर बना दिया गया है,
निरीक्षण और प्रवर्तन प्रणाली ढीली कर दी गई है,
नियोक्ताओं को अधिकतम लचीलापन दे दिया गया है।
यह पूरी व्यवस्था मज़दूरों के विरुद्ध झुकी हुई है और नियोक्ताओं के लिए सबसे बड़े छिपे हुए लाभों में से एक है। दुर्भाग्य से मज़दूर केवल गधे की तरह मेहनत करना जानते हैं; उन्हें अपनी वास्तविक गरिमा और मूल्य का ज्ञान ही नहीं है।

This disturbing paradox reflects a deep-rooted slavery of the mind—a conditioned attitude where voters mistake power and money for leadership and success. Instead of demanding integrity, accountability, and service, the masses glorify corruption disguised as influence. This blind admiration sustains a vicious cycle where dishonest politicians thrive, and honest ones are sidelined. True democracy will awaken only when people stop worshipping wealth in politics and start valuing character, conscience, and commitment to public good

Offences against public tranquillity
Because of the State Assembly elections, a few criminal politicians with the vested interest are trying to disturb peaceful conduct of public life and promoting enmity between groups. Do not fall as the prey of such provocations and do not get landed up in jail as all the area is covered under CC TV Cameras and even DRONES are watching you.
The public please understand that;
Anyone who promote, engages in such unlawful activities can face imprisonment up to 5 years. Please refrain from engaging in any activities that disturb public peace. Please understand the following sections of BHARTHIYA NYAY SANHITA
Section.189 (1) to 189 (9) – Unlawful Assembly, armed with deadly weapon, hiring or harbouring persons to join unlawful assembly.
Section.191 (1) to (3) – Rioting, armed with deadly weapons which likely to cause death of people.
Section.192 – Giving provocation with intent to cause riot.
Section- 195- Assaulting public servants.
Section.196- Promoting enmity between two groups
Section.197 – Acting against National integration
Section.197(1) (d)- The act of making or publishing false or misleading information which jeopardises the sovereignty, unity and integrity or security of India.

B N S S Sction 35 (7) "No arrest shall be made without prior permission of an officer not below the rank of
Deputy Superintendent of Police in case of an offence which is punishable for imprisonment
of less than three years and such person is infirm or is above sixty years of age". That in C R P C Section 41A and as per the Supreme Court direction, there was no arrest for offence punishable up to 7 years. Instead of arresting the accused, the police was obliged to issue him a "notice of appearance". Now no value for the Precedent of Supreme Court. Now the Dy. S P will decide to arrest a person who commit a minor offence!
