Initiative of: MANAB, An Independent and Non Profit Human Rights Organisation and its academic wing "Human Rights Defenders' Memorial Institute of Human Rights Studies and Research in COLLABORATION with Dr. Chakrabortty's Law Academy.

Objective: To hold Government at Centre, State and Local Level Accountable and Bring Transparency in Their Functioning

Who Can Participate; Any Citizen of India

Special Target Audience: Activists, Social Workers, PhD Scholars, Researchers, Professors, Employees, Trade Union Leaders, students from law and other fields.

What to Expect:
I) Filing of (online or offline) RTI application under Right to Information Act, 2005 to get the information from Government office/s to further one's Own Personal Interest or Interest of public at large;

ii) Filing of (online or offline) First/Second Appeal if request for information is rejected or false/incomplete information is provided;

iii) Filing of (online or offline) Complaint requested information is destroyed or denied to cause detriment to the RTI applicant.
