On April 26, 2024, the Youth Convention of Jammu and Kashmir (YCJK), a non-profit organization dedicated to youth empowerment and community development, spearheaded a commendable initiative in Mazhama, Budgam. Under the banner of the "One Planet Mission - YCJK," the organization rallied volunteers and stakeholders to partake in a significant cleanliness drive.
Led by the President of YCJK, Suhail Farooq, alongside Vice President Arsalan Ashraf, and District Coordinator Kifayat Tasveer, the event saw a remarkable turnout of volunteers from across the Budgam district. Their presence and active participation underscored the collective commitment towards environmental stewardship and community welfare.
The cleanliness drive was not merely a symbolic gesture but a tangible manifestation of YCJK's ethos of proactive citizenship and environmental consciousness.
