Doesn’t the last Maharaja of the Sikh Empire at least deserve a plaque where he is recorded to have breathed his last?

Maharaja Duleep Singh died in Paris in 1893. Harmeet Shah Singh of UNITED SIKHS (UK) followed his final address and found two versions. One from his death certificate. The other, ironically, from the very location where he officially died.
