Drops of Change Welfare Society
Brief Introduction
The founder of the organization(NGO), Vishal Hindustani, has been working in the society since the year 2017 for the education of the children living in the slums and settlements, he and his team have been doing social service work since 2017 even if it is a dreadful situation like Corona. He believes that small efforts can bring big changes in
the society, which may be the reason why he named the organization "Drops of Change". Which means, just as a few drops of rain become a lake and a pond, similarly big changes can be brought in the society by small efforts by the organization, Vishal and his team together formed the NGO and from January 2022 They are doing the work of educating the children in the slums and settlements. Well- Edcuaion school: - Under this project, the work of teaching the children living inside the slum and the settlement is done on weekends. Presently the organization is working in two areas.
*First Mahesh Nagar and second Mochi Mandi*
The NGO wants all these children to be given daily classes, but because the volunteers have their own schedule, due to this, the work of teaching the children is done on weekends only. It is the job of the organization not only to teach these on weekdays but also to ensure that these children are admitted to the school.

Project Nai Udaan: - There are many children in the society whose financial condition is not good, due to which they leave their studies, the NGO makes sure that no such child is deprived of studies, that's why the organization has Under Project Nai Udaan, this year 1 child has been adopted for the next 1 year, in which the NGO will give everything for their education, stationery, dress, etc. Volunteer
Volunteers are the backbone of any organization, nothing happens in the society by forming an organization unless there is a volunteer to run that organization or NGO
Volunteer is given full respect in our organization because he/she gives his/her time and money both in the organization(NGO), that is why two categories of volunteers have been created in our organization. which are like this
1. Working Volunteer
Working Volunteer includes those volunteers who are able to give their time to the organization, whether it is the work of teaching children on weekdays, whether it is to attend school and other activities (social media, news coordinator) to cooperate with the NGO
2. Financial Volunteer
The amount of man-power needed to run the organization(NGO) the same amount of money is needed, so the volunteers who are not able to give their time to the organization can help the organization financially.
