Crochet training ke dauraan, mahilaon ne buniyadi skills se apni learning journey shuru ki hai. Is reel mein, ek participant apna anubhav saanjha kar rahi hain — kaise unhone bilkul shuruaat se crochet seekhna shuru kiya aur aaj naye stitches aur techniques par kaam kar rahi hain.
Yeh sirf ek training nahi, balki seekhne, aatmavishwas badhane aur bhavishya mein livelihood opportunities ki taraf badhne ka ek kadam hai.

Har naya hunar, naye avsaron ka darwaza kholta hai.

पलायन सिर्फ पहाड़ छोड़ने की कहानी नहीं है...
सीखकर लौटने और नए अवसर बनाने की कहानी भी है।

सुनकिया में हुई चर्चाओं और प्रवासी साथियों की कहानियों ने हमें यह समझाया कि कई लोग बेहतर अवसरों की तलाश में बाहर गए, अनुभव हासिल किए, और फिर अपने पहाड़ों में लौटकर आजीविका, उद्यमिता और रोजगार के नए रास्ते बना रहे हैं।

हर कहानी अलग थी, लेकिन एक बात समान थी — अपने पहाड़ों के लिए कुछ करने का जज़्बा।

Bangalore और Delhi की corporate jobs se लेकर अपने पहाड़ों में आजीविका निर्माण तक — सुनील सिंह बिष्ट की यात्रा लौटने, सीखने और अवसर बनाने की कहानी है।

कई वर्षों तक महानगरों में काम करने के बाद, सुनील सिंह बिष्ट ने अपने पहाड़ों की ओर लौटने का फैसला लिया। उनका मानना था कि अगर अवसर स्थानीय स्तर पर विकसित किए जाएँ, तो लोग अपने घर और गाँव छोड़ने के लिए मजबूर नहीं होंगे।

आज वह अपने क्षेत्र में polyhouse farming, beekeeping, dairy, mushroom farming, goatery और fish farming जैसे विविध आजीविका कार्यों के माध्यम से एक sustainable livelihood model तैयार कर रहे हैं।
उनका प्रयास केवल अपना व्यवसाय बढ़ाना नहीं है, बल्कि पहाड़ों में स्थानीय रोजगार के अवसर तैयार करना और युवाओं को अपने ही क्षेत्र में काम करने के लिए प्रेरित करना भी है।
सुनील जी का vision साफ है —
“अगर पहाड़ों में अवसर बनेंगे, तो पलायन कम होगा और पहाड़ जीवित रहेंगे।”
