We are thrilled to welcome Neeraj as our VP – Facility Management at DevX.

Neeraj brings over 15 years of leadership experience in scaling corporate operations and multi-location workspace services across India. His expertise spans coworking & managed spaces, commercial real estate, and premium hospitality, with deep specialisation in end-to-end facilities management, P&L ownership, national site launches, and strategic vendor consolidation.

Cities as clues. Landmarks as numbers. Pure chaos.

Travel Tambola was one of those evenings that reminded us why we love building this community.

Because when people genuinely enjoy being in the same room, the connections that follow are real.

Great work comes from great connections. And great connections start here.

More of this. Always.

Our 13th city. And we couldn’t be more excited.🚀

We started in Ahmedabad in 2018 with a simple belief, that great work deserves great spaces.

Today, that belief arrives in Bengaluru, India’s largest commercial office market and a city at the heart of enterprise and GCC growth.📈

We’ve leased 1.11 lakh sq. ft. across two premium Prestige Group addresses on Bengaluru’s ORR corridor, adding 1,200+ seats and marking our entry into our 13th city.

Two landmark locations. One incredible market. We’re glad to be here.✨

Every growing company starts with a space where ideas, teams, and ambition come together.✨

We recently welcomed Ascertis Credit to DevX, GIFT City, Gandhinagar, as they inaugurated their new office.🤩

With a focus on helping businesses make better credit and risk decisions, Ascertis Credit is working towards making financial processes more reliable and informed across industries.

As more financial and global businesses continue building from GIFT City, it’s exciting to see the ecosystem grow with companies creating from one of India’s emerging business and financial hubs.🚀

At DevX, we’re glad to support journeys like these by building spaces where teams can grow, collaborate, and move forward together.

Talent is everywhere. What’s changing is where it chooses to stay. 📈

We were recently featured in Mint Catalyst, sharing a perspective on how the future of work in India is evolving.🌟

As organisations look beyond metros, the conversation is shifting, from simply accessing talent to building continuity. Teams that stay longer carry context, improve over time, and create stronger outcomes. With Tier 2 cities seeing longer tenures and stable talent pools, this is becoming an important part of how companies think about growth in India. 🏭

It’s a change that is quietly influencing how teams are built, and where they choose to build from. 🚀

Some breaks are just better when shared.🤩

What started as a simple panipuri challenge turned into an evening full of laughter, friendly competition, and people coming together.

At DevX, we believe spaces are not just about where you work, but how people connect within them.✨

Sometimes, all it takes is a small moment to bring everyone a little closer.
