From Gandhi to Patel: A Call for Dignity and Fairness in IT Workplaces

Dear Friends,
On October 2nd – Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti and leading up to October 31st – Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s 151st Birth Anniversary (Unity Day), I, Darshan Patel (CEO & Founder, WorldMiTR), am launching an open and transparent campaign to highlight the role of Indian IT companies in Mexico — especially TCS México — and how they treat their workers.
👉 This campaign is not against India or Indians.
👉 It is about protecting our shared reputation, dignity, and ensuring fair practices in Mexico.
What We Will Do Together:
Request transparency from Mexican authorities (STPS, SAT, labor courts) regarding labor and legal cases.
Urge the Indian Embassy in Mexico to ensure Indian companies abroad uphold fair treatment for both Indian and Mexican employees.
Share all updates openly via WhatsApp, so no one feels excluded or misinformed.

Sardar150 और भारत का दृष्टिकोण: पीएम मोदी के स्वतंत्रता दिवस भाषण पर विचार

इस वर्ष, जब भारत Sardar150, यानी सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल की 150वीं जयंती मना रहा है, हमें उनकी राष्ट्रीय एकता, आत्मनिर्भरता और देशभक्ति की भावना याद आती है। उनके आदर्श आज भी उतने ही प्रासंगिक हैं, खासकर देश की प्रगति और वैश्विक परिप्रेक्ष्य को देखते हुए।

15 अगस्त, 2025 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का स्वतंत्रता दिवस भाषण राष्ट्र सुरक्षा, आर्थिक दृष्टि, रणनीतिक आत्मनिर्भरता और एकता के संदेश से भरपूर था। उन्होंने आत्मनिर्भर भारत, युवाओं के लिए समृद्धि और राष्ट्रीय तैयारी पर जोर देते हुए भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने की दिशा में मार्गदर्शन दिया।

भाषण की कुछ मुख्य बातें सरदार पटेल के दृष्टिकोण से सीधे जुड़ी हैं:
• राष्ट्र सुरक्षा: जैसे सरदार पटेल ने स्वतंत्रता के बाद देश के एकीकरण के लिए महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए, वैसे ही प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने आधुनिक संदर्भ में राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पर जोर दिया।
