Mission:
1. Vision:
To create a global platform of nurse researcher for excellence in nursing research and capacity building for its execution and sustenance. S.

The Overall purpose of this society is to encourage and improve the quality of Clinical Research in Nursing to generate evidence and its application in clinical practice and education at par with Global Nursing standards. To promote evidence-based nursing research in clinical practice.
2.To develop the policies and standardized clinical guidelines to provide the evidence based quality care.

o achieve national and international interdisciplinary collaboration, dissemination and utilization of outcomes of clinical research studies to improve the quality of nursing care.

1.To provide opportunities to nurses with technical support to comprehend research methodology and its clinical applications for facilitating health care outcomes.
2.To promote clinical specialization for empowerment of nurses to improve quality of patient centric care.
3.To explore funding resources for individual and group research in clinical practice.
4.To follow ethical guidelines as per regulatory body.
5.To collaborate with other National and International professional bodies to promote Evidence Based Nursing.

International Nurses Day 2025 Message
From the President of the Clinical Nursing Research Society

Dear Respected Nursing Colleagues,

On this International Nurses Day, I extend warm greetings and heartfelt appreciation to every nurse around the world. Today, we celebrate our invaluable contributions to healthcare, our compassion in service, and our steadfast commitment to humanity.

This year, the WHO’s latest report, State of the World’s Nursing 2025, reflects a global nursing workforce now numbering 29.8 million. While this growth is encouraging, deep inequalities remain. More than 60% of the global shortfall in nurses affects countries jeopardizing efforts to achieve Universal Health Coverage.

To address these critical gaps, the WHO outlines seven strategic actions for governments and stakeholders:

1. Strengthen data on the nursing workforce through regular, high-quality national reporting.

2. Expand the number of nurse graduates to meet national needs.

3. Create new nursing jobs, particularly in primary health care and community settings.

4. Ensure decent working conditions, including fair pay, protection, and professional respect.

5. Address inequities in distribution of nurses within and across countries.

6. Strengthen nursing leadership, including in health policy, planning, and decision-making.

7. Invest in advanced education and professional development to equip nurses for evolving health challenges.

As President of the Clinical Nursing Research Society, I urge all of us to advocate for the implementation of these strategies. Let us use our collective voice to shape systems that value, invest in, and empower nurses as agents of change.

👉Clinical Nursing Research Society International Conference 2024 from April 4th to 6th hosted by Ratnaprabha Nursing College, Vadnagar, Gujarat dived into a world of innovation, research, and education. In ensuring our event's triumph, we've designated specialized committees, each with a crucial role. From managing registrations, orchestrating scientific sessions, to ensuring guests' comfort with transportation and accommodation, our teams were the backbone of the success of the conference.

👉Day 1 of the Preconference Workshop, 04th April 2024, kicked off with a small inaugural session featuring distinguished guests and 64 delegates. Ms. Roopa Rawat led the first workshop, focusing on nurses' pivotal role in public healthcare. The afternoon session, guided by Dr. Neerja Sood and Dr. Vijay Rai, delved into nurturing leadership qualities in nursing. Both workshops were interactive, concluding with the felicitation of speakers and certificate distribution to delegates, marking a successful start to our main conference event.

👉Day 2 of the Main Conference started with a grand inauguration, with address from Dr. Kishorkumar Puriya, Vice Chancellor, HNGU, Patan , Guest of Honor Dr. Pragnaben Dabhi, Registrar, GNC, Special Guest I A Kadiwala, Vice President, GNC, Special Guest Rohitkumar N Desai, Registrar, HNGU, Patan, Dr. Suwersh Khanna, Hon’ Patron, Seed Founder, CNRS, Prof Dr. Bimla Kapoor, Advisor, CNRS, Mrs. Shashi Bala, President, CNRS.
✨The highlight of inauguration was honouring of Dr. Suwersh Khanna madam with life time achievement award for her dedication towards Nursing profession.
👉The spotlight of the day, Plenary Session-1, led by Dr. Latha Venkatesan, delved into the pivotal role of nursing research. Insights from Dr. Sukhpal Kaur on sustainable capacity building, Dr. P Suba Sooria on empowering nurses, and Mr. Abednego Peter Johnson on nurses in clinical research, underscored the day's theme: empowering nurses for a stronger healthcare system.
👉In Plenary Session-2, chaired by Dr. Neerja Sood, the spotlight turned to the dynamic evolution of nursing roles. Dr. B V Kathyayini highlighted the path towards nursing specialization, setting the stage for future healthcare excellence. Dr. Suresh Kumar Sharma discussed elevating nurse researchers on academic platforms, emphasizing the importance of visibility in research. Concluding the session, Dr. Naseema Shafqat's insights on nurses' pivotal role in achieving Universal Health Coverage underlined the critical need for integrating nurses and midwives into broader health strategies, marking a significant step towards global health strengthening.

👉In an inspiring session led by Dr. Ramesh Venkatesa Perumal, front line nurses were equipped with innovative strategies to deliver evidence-based care. Utilizing interactive tools like menti.com, the session fostered active participation and gathered valuable insights from nursing students. Highlighting the critical role of evidence-based practice, Dr. Ramesh emphasized its importance in enhancing patient outcomes, marking a pivotal moment in nursing education and practice. The session was moderated by Ms. Shreedevi Balachandran.
👉Diving into the heart of nursing innovation, the symposium chaired by Ms. Roopa Rawat unfolded a series of enriching discussions. Attendees were captivated by firsthand field experiences, covering the transformative eNEETI program (Dr. Anita Kansal), trauma nurses frontline role (Ms. Geeta Sinha), community health triumphs (Ms. Ranita Maibam), and the pioneering nurse-led clinics( Mr. Dheeraj) and Clinical research nurses (Mr. Joby George). Parallel to these dialogues, the symposium shone a spotlight on nursing's bright minds through oral paper presentations and a competitive poster showcase, revealing groundbreaking research and innovations set to redefine nursing practice.
👉CNRS & RPNC CON2024's evening was a blend of intellect and culture. Led by Dr. Srinivasan P, the quiz program saw four teams battled through five rounds after preliminary rounds among six teams, with three emerging victorious. The event, chaired by Dr. Jayesh Patidar and Dr. Mahalakshmi, also celebrated the achievements in quiz along with chairs and evaluators of oral paper, and poster presentations.

👉 The night transitioned into a cultural fiesta, with RPNC students and Ms. Shreedevi Balachandran captivating the audience, before concluding with a communal dinner at 08:30 pm, marking a memorable close to the day's proceedings.

👉Day 3 of the International Nursing Conference, 6th April 2024, opens with a panel discussion on 'Investment in Nurses: Need of the hour' chaired by Dr. Swati Rane. Esteemed professionals like Dr. Smriti Arora, Dr. Lekha Vishwanath and Ms. Asha N Patel delved into vital topics from education to leadership in nursing. The Plenary Session- 3, chaired by Prof Dr. Raminder Kalra, showcased the synergy between technology and healthcare. Discussions led by Ms. Shreedevi Balachandran on AI in nursing, Shri Nishant Sagar on the Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission and Prof Dr. Rita Lakhani's insights into digital nursing highlighted the future of healthcare.
👉A special session on VIHASA (Values in Health Care: A spiritual approach) by Brahmakumaris organization led by BK Rupa Upadhye, BK Kalpana, BK Reshmi emphasized on holistic healthcare approach inculcating values in our professional life.
👉The valedictory session, was graced by luminaries like Mr. Arvindbhai Patel and Dr. Dayalal Patidar. Chaired by esteemed personalities such as Ms. Shashi Bala, the session highlighted our journey: from 64 delegates on day one of preconference to a triumphant 1000 over the course in online and offline. Mr. Rajesh Joshi's report underscored the event's success, celebrated through honors, feedback collection, and a vote of thanks by Dr. Dhawal Mandlik. The online platform was faciliated by Nursing Next live CBS Publishers. The conference concluded on a high note with the National Anthem, certificate distribution, and a communal lunch.
