עמותת ריסטארט עוזרת ומלווה פצועי צה''ל לחזור למסלול החיים אחרי שעברו אירוע משנה חיים. העמותה שמה את הפצועים ותחושת המסוגלות שלהם במרכז, ביחד עם הפצועים עוזרת להציב מטרות אישיות ולהשיג אותן באמצעות ליווי וחניכה צמודים של מתנדבים מהקהילה העסקית ומתן פתרונות טכנולוגיים לאתג

רים יומיומיים. כל פעילות העמותה מבוססת על עבודה משותפת של פצועי צה''ל ביחד עם קהילת העסקים שמחוץ לעולם הפציעה.

פעילויות העמותה:
תכנית מנטורים: ליווי אישי של מנטור עם פצוע, תוך כדי תהליך הצבת מטרות אישיות ומתן כלים להשגתן. העברת תכנים פרקטיים איכותיים על מנת לתת כלים מעשיים כגון: כתיבת קורות חיים, עמידה מול קהל, ניהול תהליך משא ומתן, קריאת שפת גוף, בניית רשת קשרים וכו'. חשיפה של הפצועים לקהילה איכותית של אנשי עסקים, יזמים, אמנים, אנשי ציבור וכו' מובילים במשק, ומתן פלטפורמה להיעזר בניסיונם וקשריהם האישיים. כיום העמותה מסיימת את התכנית ה-10. לאורך תקופת פעילות העמותה אנו רואים את ההשפעה על כל אחד ואחת מהמשתתפים והתוצאות ממשיות ונראות לעין באופן מובהק, החל מהבטחון העצמי חוזר ועד לעמידה במטרות השונות של המשתתפים. "Makers for Heroes": פעילות של חצי שנה המסתכמת באירוע שיא של 3 ימים בה הקהילה ומיטב המוחות מעולם הטכנולוגיה משתלבים. צוותי מייקרים (מהנדסים, מתכנתים, מעצבים, רופאים, פיזיותרפיסטים וכו') מתכנסים על מנת לבנות פתרונות טכנולוגיים שלא קיימים בשוק למוגבלויות יומיומיות של פצועי צה''ל. מאז 2016 פיתחנו 40 מוצרים טכנולוגיים עבור 40 פצועים שונים. בכל אירוע התנדבו מאות אנשים. ברמה האישית כל משתתף שיוצא עם מוצר חדש מחזיר את תחושת המסוגלות שלו ומקבל את הפרספקטיבה שכל דבר הוא בר פתרון. בנוסף, כל פרויקט עולה לפלטפורמה אינטרנטית בה כל אחד יכול להוריד את תכניות המוצר ולבנות אותו לעצמו.

People@Restart: אנחנו מאמינים שכדי לקחת את פצועי צה''ל לשלב הבא, אנחנו צריכים לבנות קהילה גדולה שבנויה מפצועי צה''ל ומנטורים ביחס של 1:1. הקהילה הזאת מהווה רשת לטובת מציאת עבודה, הזדמנויות עסקיות, תמיכה, שיתוף ידע וכו'. כחלק מהקהילה, אנו עורכים אחת לשנה טיול בוגרים אליו מוזמנים משתתפי הפעילויות השונות כולל משתתפים משנים קודמות. הטיול כולל תכנים וסדנאות אשר יעודדו את הפצועים למנף את קהילת המנטורים והמייקרים. בנוסף הקהילה כוללת בתוכה פורום של מנהלות משאבי אנוש במטרה למצוא עבודה באופן ישיר לפצועים שמחפשים דרך הכנה לראיון, פתיחת דלתות והזדמנויות שונות. מאז הקמת הקהילה יצאנו ל2 טיולים מיוחדים במינם, ויצרנו המון סיפורי הצלחה של מציאת עבודה והזדמנויות עסקיות שונות. Our mission is to give a kickstart to wounded IDF soldiers into productive lives through the develop of never seen technological solutions for their neglected needs that will change their sense of capability and the guidance of experienced and inspiring mentors and lecturers which will give their time and effort to take them to their next step in life.


:Activities

“Makers for Heroes” Make-A-Thon
6 month project ending in a peak of an exciting three-day event where the community and the technological world come together. Teams of “makers” (engineers, programmers, designers, doctors, and physical therapists) join forces to build technological solutions never before seen on the market for disabilities specific to the 15 Israeli & foreign wounded soldier participants of each event.

2. A 6 month program for teams of 20 soldiers with 20 mentors - having one on one mentoring to help the wounded soldiers set their own targets, find jobs, get exposed to interesting business opportunities and more. The group meets every two weeks for a professional workshop in different themes with the best lecturers in the industry that gives practical tools for the participants
2.1 Fellowships
A derivative of the mentoring program. A 3 month experience in which we send selected injured soldiers to work with top companies in the USA and in Israel. The fellowship gives a unique opportunity for the soldiers to learn from the best executive in the world and gives mentors and corporates the opportunity to help the soldiers

3. Restart Community
We believe that in order to take the wounded soldiers to the next step, we need to build a big community that includes wounded soldiers and mentors with aim for a ratio of 1:1. This community will be a network of finding jobs, business opportunities, support, sharing knowledge, etc.
3.1 Annual Alumni Trip
A once in a year alumni trip inviting past and current participants of the mentoring program. The 2-days trip includes networking activities and workshops with content aimed at keeping both injured soldiers and the mentors motivated and engaged and at leveraging the alumni network.
3.2 . HR Forum & Employment Center
A forum of HR managers and business owners from different fields who are helping our community members to find their next job. The forum helps the soldiers by preparing them for interviews, open doors and following up on them once they start working. Since 2014 we have had some great successes with matching jobs to our members, and in 2019 we are planning to expand this activity and help more soldiers find their suitable job.
