جمعية وطنية فلسطينية في منطقة المثلث، تسعى لتمكين وتقوية المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني في منطقة المثلث. تعمل على تعزيز الهوية والإنتماء، ترسيخ الذاكرة الجمعية، التكافل المجتمعي، مناهضة سياسات تسبب لتفكك المجتمع، ومناهضة الفردانية.

جمعية تشرين هي منظمة مجتمع مدني، غير ربحية، مستقلة وغير حزبية، تأسست عام 2008 في مدينة الطيبة في منطقة المثلث، على يد مجموعة من الناشطين/ات الاجتماعيين/ات من مختلف المشارب الاجتماعية والسياسية للمجتمع العربي.
تعاني منطقة المثلث ومدينة الطيبة على وجه التحديد من مشاكل واخفاقات جدّية، اجتماعية، سياسية، اقتصادية وثقافية. المجتمع المدني شبه معدوم، والمبادرات الاجتماعية المؤثرة والمستديمة شبه غائبة.
نرى في جمعية تشرين الضرورة بتغيير الشعور السائد بالعجز للمجتمع في المثلث والطيبة من خلال توفير الفرص للحراك الاجتماعي والثقافي لقاعدة المجموعات الفاعلة، ووفقًا لذلك، تمكينها، وتوجيهها باستمرار، ومدّها بالموارد وبالدعم التنظيمي.

مجتمع متعاضد، متكافل ومتفاعل مع محيطه، واعِ لقضاياه، تسوده قيم الديمقراطية، والتعددية، والمساواة، والانتماء الوطني والإنساني، حقوقه ملبية ومرافقه المجتمعية والثقافية تلبي احتياجاته الثقافية والاقتصادية والبيئية. مجتمع أفراده ناشطين، وفاعلين، وتهمهم المصلحة العامّة، ويشاركون في صنع مستقبل الأجيال القادمة.
أهدافنا:
• بناء القدرات وتمكين الناشطين كأفراد وكمجموعات في مجتمعنا، والذين يعملون كوكلاء للتغيير ولتحقيق الحقوق المدنية والحقوق الجماعية.
• تشجيع الإبداع والإنتاج الثقافي المستقل والمتقدّم، مع الوعي لخصوصية هويتنا الوطنية والعمل من خلالها.
• تنمية وتعزيز المجتمع المدني المؤثر والذي يتبنى قيم الديمقراطية، والتعددية والتكافل الاجتماعي، وخلق أطر للحوار والتعاون داخل المجتمع على المستويين المحلي والقطري.
استراتيجيات العمل والمشاريع:
• برامج التمكين: إكساب المعرفة، والمهارات، والأدوات لتحصيل حقوق المواطن وحقوق الانسان وللتأثير على السياسات العامـّة.
• التنمية التنظيمية: مرافقة مجموعات فاعلة، وتنمية الموارد لتحصيل الحقوق وتوفير البنية التحتية للمبادرات الاجتماعية والحراك المجتمعي.
• بناء الشراكات: تنفيذ مشاريع مشتركة لتحقيق غايات مجتمعية واسعة وتعميق أثرها.
• خلق خطاب مدني: جمع المعلومات وخلق خطاب جماهيري مدني حول قضايا اجتماعية، سياسية وحقوقية من خلال وسائل الإعلام وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.
نعمل على تطبيق هذه الاستراتيجيات من خلال استهداف المجموعات التالية: الشبيبة، الشباب، والأطفال والنساء، في حين نبادر أيضا الى المشاريع والانشطة التي تشجّع الانخراط الاجتماعي والعمل من أجل المنفعة العامّة للمجتمع. Tishreen is a non-profit and non-partisan civic organization founded in 2008 in Taybeh, located in the Triangle region. Founded by a diverse group of social activists who represent the social and political spectrum of our society, men and women, what unites us is our shared concern for the social-economic situation of the residents of Taybeh and the Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel in general. The Challenge
Taybeh and the surrounding Triangle region suffer from a number of serious social, political, economic and communal failures. Civil society is nearly non-existent; where it exists, initiatives tend to be poorly managed, ineffective and unsustainable. Despite the difficult local circumstances, a number of young adults and women from Taybeh have demonstrated impressive achievements, strong leadership skills and high motivation levels. However, they lack an institutional framework which can facilitate action. Tishreen sees the necessity of reversing the pervasive sense of helplessness of our society, by providing these dedicated activists with opportunities for grassroots social activism. Accordingly, through us, they receive training, on-going guidance, resources and opportunities for networking. Vision
An Arab society characterized by social solidarity and unity, which is aware of the concerned issues affecting it, dominated by values of democracy, pluralism, equality and well-developed communal, national and human identity. We seek full realization of our rights and the attainment of a social and cultural infrastructure which addresses our cultural, economic and social needs. The society members are active, care about the public interest and are involved in shaping the future of the coming generations. Tishreen’s Goals
• To increase the capacity and promote the development of social activists from our community who will serve as change agents promoting civil and collective rights.
• To promote and advance cultural expression in line with our national identity.
• To advance an influential civil society which is guided by the values of democracy, pluralism and mutual responsibility and which promotes collective dialogue and collaborations on the local and national levels. Tishreen’s Strategies and Projects
• Empowerment: We advance acquisition of the knowledge, competencies and tools necessary for advancing civil and human rights and influencing policies.
• Organizational Development: We provide support and guidance to groups of activists working to advance social, political and human rights for our community while also providing them with the infrastructure necessary for implementation of social initiatives and community work.
• Coalition Building: We work with other parties, government and civic, local and national, from across the political and religious spectrum, to implement joint projects and achieve, deeper impacts of wider shared goals.
• Promoting Public Dialogue: Consistent with research findings and best practices, we initiate public dialogue and apply social media in order to educate our community regarding their rights. We are applying these strategies to the following target groups: youth, young adults, children and women while also spearheading activities which promote public engagement and work for the overall benefit of of the society.
