During a diplomatic visit to the Czech Republic, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar led a business forum together with his Czech counterpart Petr Macinka, bringing together around 200 Israeli and Czech business leaders. The event highlighted the growing strategic partnership between the Czech Republic and Israel and the shared commitment to strengthening economic cooperation.

Happy Independence Day!

ICCCI is proud that the Czech Republic has been a friend of Israel for 78 years. In 1948, Czechia supplied weapons and fighter aircraft; today, Foreign Minister Petr Macinka has rejected calls to suspend the EU–Israel Association Agreement, as proposed by Slovenia, Ireland, and Spain.

ICCCI is here to make this friendship even stronger.



Czech aircraft that helped Israel can still be seen today at the Technické muzeum Liberec, which features the exhibition “Wings for Israel.”
