After the October 7th events, hundreds of SMBs in the Gaza envelope, northern Israel, and businesses of reservists across the country were forced to halt operations due to the war. "Otef La'esek" is a non-profit initiative founded by Hamal Ezrachi, The Jewish Agency, Klirmark Capital & IVN, to help these businesses survive and provide them with "oxygen" through four main channels:

- Benefits Entitlement Optimization - Evaluation of benefits given by governmental bodies, tax authorities, Ministry of Defense funds, etc. "Otef La'esek" has supported over 3,000 SMBs owners by providing financial assistance and significant business mentorship.
