חברים בעולם טוב יותר - ע"ר We address the unemployment epidemic and, by correlation, the youth at risk crisis in Israel. Request for Project Funding: This letter presents our (VTP).

Our grassroots organization provides training and employs individuals so that they can support themselves and build a better world for their children. Vocational Training Project that provides computer skills and Knowledge Capital Assets training via our Viable System Model approach (VSMA) to untrained adults and youth in Arad. (Human Capital is our Focus)

Our vision is to create a self-sustainin

g program that will both train and employ our students. Once our vocational training program is underway we will then open an OJT Simulation employment center. The revenue generated by the employment center will go to pay employee's salaries and will be reinvested back into our non-profit programs. We estimate that, with sufficient funds to establish our centers, we can solve the unemployment problem successfully..
