Kilmore Scout Group Registration Night will take place next Wed 3rd Sept 7-8pm at TomhaggardSocialCentre. It was decided to revert to two nights pw again due to size of some sections, sharing of equipment and lack of space to do meaningful programme, particularly indoors over the winter months. Beavers and Cubs will be on Tues 7-8.30 with Scouts and Ventures on Wed 7-8.30. Details of Group Operations, all Fees, Forms etc will be available on request from our email address [email protected]. You can bring completed documentation/fees/arrange payment agreement etc on Wednesday. Leaders and youth members will be happy to answer any queries/concerns you may have. Places will be allocated subject to availability or go on Waiting List. We have spaces in Beavers, limited spaces in Cubs and very limited places in Scouts and Ventures with priority given to existing family members and children of leaders. We urgently need volunteers to become scouters to help out as a number of our leaders do shift work and/or college so are restricted in availability. Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday.
