Looks like a great event in Kilconly Community Centre tomorrow 👏
Galway County Local Community Safety Partnership is looking forward to meeting
everyone at the ‘Community Comeback Event’ on Friday, 22nd May. We encourage
attendees to call by, take part in our community safety survey, or have an informal
chat with us about safety in their area. .tire, in partnership with the Kilconly
Community Alert Group and An Garda Síochána, is hosting the ‘Community
Comeback' Information Event for the first time in Kilconly, Tuam, Co. Galway. Date:
Friday, 22nd May Time: 2:30pm – 4:30pm Venue: Kilconly Community Centre
(Eircode: H54 C526) Admission: Free and open to the public What to Expect This
event will highlight the wide range of services and supports available to older people
in rural communities. Attendees can enjoy: ✅ Free health checks ✅ Free
refreshments ✅ Free advice and information ✅ Opportunities to meet and chat
with over 30 support organisations Participating groups include: Muintir na Tíre ·An
Garda Síochána (crime prevention & safety) Health
Service Executive (HSE) Safety Authority Ireland,
Vision Ireland (Free Eye Screening Service) Local council services, Credit Unions,
Health Providers, G.R.D. and more About ‘Community Comeback' ✅ Supporting
rural communities ✅ Reaching isolated and vulnerable individuals ✅ Strengthening
local Community Alert groups ✅ Promoting health, safety, and wellbeing Previous
events have had a meaningful impact, helping to improve and even save lives by
