Since 1978 Tramore has had its own designated cliff rescue team, who have over the years responded to countless incedents. The team trains weekly either in Tramore on the cliffs or in the mountains. We are dedicated to the continued training in first aid and aim to provide one of the highest standards of emergency care on the south east coast. The team itself is the oldest established cliff rescue teams in the country and still maintains the community spirit that helped to establish it.
